Last updated: 27/11/2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Dartly (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. - Usage data (pages viewed, device info) via cookies/analytics (only with consent).
How we collect it

Third-party processors we use
- Supabase — database/storage and contact form persistence.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (auto-reply, internal notifications).
- Relevance AI — powering knowledge-based agents (if/when used for demos/services).
- Other infrastructure providers (hosting, uptime, error logging) as needed.
We ensure processors only handle data under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. Some providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs).
